SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Standard shipping is Royal Mail Second Class, upgrades are available.

Orders are usually dispatched same or next day. If you require a tracking number please select tracked shipping at checkout. If a parcel is tracked and states that it has been delivered or signed for, please check the signature of the recipient and then check with your neighbours and any areas where parcels are usually left.

If your parcel is recorded as being signed for or delivered we will not replace the parcel in question unless there are exceptional circumstances.

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time frame please check with the post office as missed delivery cards are not always left. Please also check that the address details on your order are correct, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are always willing to help and want to give you the best customer service possible so keep that in mind as our main aim is to leave you being satisfied with not only our products but also our service.

 

If you have mistakenly ordered an item we can cancel and refund you if the item has not yet been dispatched. The refund will be issued on the method of payment you used.

We do our best to carefully package our products to avoid any issues during shipping, however if goods are damaged on receipt, please email a photo to hello@SmelleezSoap.com  within seven days of receipt. You’re entitled to a full refund or replacement for damaged or missing goods. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us.

If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, but the goods are not faulty, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt. If they are received in a re-saleable condition, we will issue a full refund. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been opened or used, unless an incorrect item has been shipped or the goods are faulty.

Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging. To return a product please contact us at hello@SmelleezSoap.com. Unless an item is faulty the cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility.

If you have received an incorrect item, items which are damaged or missing then please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Refunds can take up to 7 days to process but are usually dealt with immediately.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
